Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a dedicated Butler to support the Team Leader– Butler in delivering courteous, professional and flexible service within the hotel. The role emphasizes maintaining brand standards and efficient department operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have Hospitality or Tourism education, 1–2 years in hotel operations, strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and Butler training as a plus.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Butler training program certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Ensure that the Butl er services are run efficiently according to the established concept statement.
• Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Coordinate with all departments on behalf of the guest.

Ability to multitask and co-ordinate with all departments on behalf of the guest.
