Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Assistant Manager - Butler to ensure seamless operation of the luxury Butler service and to lead a team of skilled butlers in line with Hyatt standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, multitasking, and exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel setting, with knowledge of dining standards and wine service. You will support budgeting, inventory control, and guest care to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or hotel management.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Assistant Manager – Butler or 2 years' experience as Team Leader - Butler in a luxury hotel with excellent standards.
• Butler training programme certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the Butler department in line with Hyatt standards.
• Assist the Butler Manager to manage and delegate tasks to the team.
• Strive for maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Butler will assist the Butler Manager to manage and delegate the team as a successful independent butler services, in line with the Hyatt's operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget and maintaining inventory and supplies, helping to ensure the seamless hotel operations through proficient organizational, planning and excellent guest complaint handling skills. Should have attention to detail and the ability to multitask while maintaining positive attitude.

Qualifications
