Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Goa is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to guests. You will help ensure smooth operations within the Front Office/Guest relations area of the Rooms Division and support daily guest needs with professionalism.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality or tourism management qualification and has at least two years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
