Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager - Stewarding to help oversee the Stewarding Department and ensure a clean, efficient back-of-house. The role supports the Stewarding Manager in delivering Hyatt brand standards and cost-efficient operations across kitchens, outlets and banquets.

The ideal candidate will have a hospitality degree or diploma and a minimum of two years in an assistant managerial role in F&B service, kitchen, or stewarding, or as a team leader in a large hotel

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in F&B service, kitchen or stewarding, or as Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the efficient running of the Stewarding Department in alignment with Hyatt's brand standards.
• Support the Stewarding Manager to ensure clean operating equipment and organized back-of-house operations across kitchens, outlets and banquets.

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Stewarding is responsible to assist the Stewarding Manager in managing the Stewarding Department as an efficient, and productive cost centre, by maintaining an organized and clean back-of-house area in Food and Beverage and by providing all kitchens, outlets and banquets with clean operating equipment, based on expected business levels.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
