Job summary

EY in Gurgaon seeks an Assistant Manager-Gov-Markets-CBS to lead PMO governance, growth and pipeline management across government markets. You will support forecasting, opportunity tracking and large pursuit governance while tracking account plans and executive scorecards.

Travel to Gurgaon and Aerocity offices may be required as part of growth initiatives and client engagements. The role emphasizes ownership of growth opportunities, coordination of pursuit teams, and reporting on progress

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM required.
• 6+ years of PMO experience.

Responsibilities

• PMO Managed Services - Growth Office (Gurgaon & Aerocity); travel to both offices. Growth & Pipeline Management and reporting
• Support pipeline governance, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
• Drive sales cadence and large pursuit governance
• Monitor funnel health and conversion metrics.
• Escalate risks and stalled opportunities.
• Governance for key strategic accounts and alliance.
• Track account plans, pursuits, actions, and growth opportunities.
• Produce executive-level account scorecards.
• Large bid cadence support.
• Custodian of Asset and Playbook Roadmaps and track timeline compliance.
• Track and report performance against forward-calls taken while winning the deals.
• Support creates and report progress on the Brand activity plan and track progress.
• Direct Growth Ownership.
• Drive opportunity development and account growth.
• Coordinate pursuit teams and proposal activities.
