Your key responsibilities

• Role: PMO Managed Services – Growth Office. Offices: Gurgaon & Aerocity (person must be flexible to travel between offices)
• Growth & Pipeline Management and reporting
  • Support pipeline governance, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
  • Drive sales cadence and large pursuit governance.
  • Monitor funnel health and conversion metrics.
  • Escalate risks and stalled opportunities.
• Strategic Account and Alliance Governance
  • Manage governance for key strategic accounts and alliances.
  • Track account plans, pursuits, actions, and growth opportunities.
  • Produce executive‑level account scorecards.
• Large Bid Team, Productivity and PMU
  • Custodian of asset and playbook roadmaps and track timeline compliance.
  • Track and report performance against “forward‑calls” taken while winning the deals.
  • Support creates and report progress on the “Brand” activity plan and track progress.
• Direct Growth Ownership
  • Drive opportunity development and account growth.
  • Coordinate pursuit teams and proposal activities.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in PMO role
