Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Limited seeks an Assistant Manager- BIW to lead reliability and KPI-driven maintenance in the BIW area. The role emphasizes analytical QC tools, root cause analysis, and TPM pillar activities to improve equipment uptime and process capability.

The candidate should have 5-7 years experience in the automotive sector and a B.E. degree, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience 5-7 years in automobile industry.
• B.E degree required.
• Knowledge of QC tools and TPM practices.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Analytical QC Tools, ISO, Kaizens, VSM, QC Story, MFMEA, CBM, TBM and Root Cause Analysis.
• Troubleshooting of Mechanical power Presses, EOT cranes.
• Knowledge and Skill to repair Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems on Presses.
• Checking and Correcting Parallelism and Perpendicularity of Presses.
• Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Requirements.
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of Try-out and Spotting Presses.
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of CNC Machines.
• P.M. and Uptime of Utilities like Overhead Cranes, DG Sets, Compressors, and Forlifts.
• Planning, Controlling and Monitoring spares.
• Implementation of TPM PM Pillar Activities.
