Job summary

Mahindra And Mahindra Ltd. in Maharashtra, India, seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage mechanical presses, EOT cranes, and related systems. You will ensure ISO compliance, lead TPM PM pillar activities, and optimize uptime across presses, CNC machines, and utilities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance and TPM.
• BE degree from a recognized institute with(Mechanical/Production) background.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical power presses and EOT cranes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and statutory requirements.
• Lead TPM PM pillar activities and monitor MTTR/MTBF for presses and CNC machines.
• Plan and monitor spares; ensure uptime of utilities like cranes, DG sets, and compressors.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Knowledge of Analytical QC Tools, ISO, Kaizens, VSM, QC Story, MFMEA, CBM, TBM and Root Cause Analysis,
• Troubleshooting of Mechanical power Presses, EOT cranes.
• Knowledge and Skill to repair Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems on Presses.
• Checking and Correcting Parallelism and Perpendicularity of Presses.
• Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Requirements.
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of Try-out and Spotting Presses.
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of CNC Machines.
• P.M. And Uptime of Utilities like Overhead Cranes, DG Sets, Compressors, and Forlifts.
• Planning, Controlling and Monitoring spares.
• Implementation of TPM PM Pillar Activities.
