Mahindra and Mahindra Limited in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Production Manager for automotive components manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive TPM/KAIZEN initiatives, and ensure safety and quality standards on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes daily work management, manpower optimization, and timely achievement of production targets through effective planning and resource utilization. BE/BTech degree is preferred.

Formación

• BE/BTech degree required.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in automobile manufacturing.
• Experience in TPM, KAIZEN initiatives beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the production of assembly components.
• Optimum utilization of all resources.
• Leading the CFT, good team player.
• Expedite work to ensure achievement of set production targets as per production plan.
• Meet quality requirement of the customers.
• Ensure reduction of rework/Rejection/Scrap.
• Monitor execution of daily plans with shop managers for each project and schedule cross functional meetings to review the progress of the activities.
• Strong focus on Daily work Management. Optimize utilization of automatic and semiautomatic processes to reduce manpower requirement.
• Coordinate and provide feedback to manufacturing planning for planning and monitoring of projects.
• Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as TPM, KAIZEN.
• Manage industrial relations to ensure harmonious work environment.
• Maintain shop floor discipline and ensure adherence to safe working practices.
• Multiskilling of team leaders and associates to eliminate dependency.
