Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited is seeking AM/DM-Maintenance for MAXXIMO BIW responsibilities, focusing on reliability and process improvement. You will troubleshoot presses, cranes, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and monitor quality tools.

This senior role requires 5-7 years in automotive, a BE degree, and a proactive approach to TPM, uptime, MTTR/MTBF, and statutory compliance. The position offers growth and a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience 5-7 years in the automotive industry.
• Qualifications: BE or equivalent in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Analytical QC Tools, ISO, Kaizens, VSM, QC Story, MFMEA, CBM, TBM and Root Cause Analysis.
• Troubleshooting of Mechanical power Presses, EOT cranes.
• Knowledge and Skill to repair Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems on Presses.
• Checking and Correcting Parallelism and Perpendicularity of Presses.
• Monitoring Statutory, Regulatory and Legal Requirements.
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of Try-out and Spotting Presses.
• P.M. Uptime, MTTR and MTBF of CNC Machines.
• P.M. And Uptime of Utilities like Overhead Cranes, DG Sets, Compressors, and Forlifts.
• Planning, Controlling and Monitoring spares.
• Implementation of TPM PM Pillar Activities.
