The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in construction billing, strong knowledge of billing procedures, and proficiency in MS Excel and billing software.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing activities at the project site.
• Prepare, verify, and process RA Bills, IPCs, and final bills.
• Review BOQs, quantities, and billing documents for accuracy.
• Coordinate with project, planning, QS, and finance teams for timely bill submissions.
• Track billing progress, certifications, and payment status.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure billing records are accurate and comply with contractual requirements.
• Resolve billing-related queries and support audits.
