Job summary

PSP Projects Limited in Gujarat is seeking a Senior Engineer for Billing with 6–9 years of experience in highrise building projects. You will oversee monthly bill preparation, verification of measurement books, and client/subcontractor billing to ensure timely cash flow.

The role emphasizes cost control, BOQ analysis, and coordination with project teams. You will maintain records, prepare running accounts, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and the company’s quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in civil billing for highrise projects.
• Bachelor's/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil engineering.
• Ability to prepare, verify and certify running bills and RA bills.

Responsibilities

• Timely Preparation & Submission of monthly Running Bill on time in full delivery.
• Checking & Verifying Measurement Book (Bill for work done).
• Reconciliation of Materials (Cement & Steel).
• Client Billing, Subcontractors Billing, Cost Control & Analysis.
• Maintaining Drawings & Records thereof including date of receiving and issuance of drawings etc.
• Preparation of Monthly bills and getting it certified for the project on time.
• Comparative statements on Monthly Basis.
• Preparation of Work orders & Amendments & Liabilities on monthly basis.
• To ensure that the cost incurred and bill verified are synchronised without delay.
• To ensure timely submission of completed bills to minimize the accounts receivable cycle.
• To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy.
• Must have experience in Client Billing & Subcontract Billing
• Prepare and submit monthly Running Account (RA) Bills for building construction projects as per contract requirements and project timelines.
• Prepare accurate client bills including RCC, civil works, masonry, plastering, flooring, finishing works, and other building-related activities.
• Verify steel consumption, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), reinforcement quantities, wastage reports, and reconciliation statements.
• Analyse material consumption against BOQ requirements and highlight deviations to Project Management
• Support final bill preparation, reconciliation, and project handover documentation
• Ensure timely submission of bills to minimize outstanding receivables and improve project cash flow
