Job summary

RK Interiors is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate to manage running account billing for turnkey interior projects in Navi Mumbai. The role requires precise RA bill preparation, verification of BOQ and drawings, site measurements, and reconciliation of quantities and materials.

The candidate should have 2-4 years of billing experience in interior turnkey works and be proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD, with Mumbai-based preference.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering is required.
• 2-4 years of billing experience with finishing and turnkey interior works is essential.
• Must have independently prepared RA bills for turnkey interior works.
• Experience with Method Statements is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is required.
• Mumbai-based candidate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA Bills based on actual site progress.
• Check BOQ, drawings, specifications, and contractor measurements.
• Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and reconciliation statements.
• Handle extra items, deviations, and variation orders.
• Verify material reconciliation and consumption.
• Prepare monthly billing, MIS, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with Project Head, Project Manager, Planning, QA/QC, and Site Teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely bill certification and submission.
• Maintain billing, measurement, BOQ, and project documentation.
• Support final billing and project close-out.
