• Experience in project billing, bills, and payment processes.
• Familiarity with drawings, site progress measurements, and QA/QC standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify client and subcontractor bills.
• Record and verify measurements as per drawings and site progress.
• Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and quantity reconciliation statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project teams, and clients for billing documentation.
• Maintain billing records, BOQs, work orders, and measurement books.
• Track work progress for timely billing and payment processing.
• Support preparation of progress reports and project documentation.
• Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Assist in resolving billing-related queries and discrepancies.
• Perform other project billing responsibilities assigned by management.
