Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Assistant Manager - Banquets to support the efficient operation of the banquet department in line with Hyatt standards. You will assist the Banquet Manager in running the outlet as a profitable unit, ensuring high guest satisfaction while maintaining budgetary controls.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality-related qualification and has at least 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in a hotel or large restaurant, with a track record

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Banquet department in line with Hyatt International standards and brand expectations.
• Support the Banquet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a profitable unit, ensuring guest and owner satisfaction while operating within budget.

You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - banquets is responsible to assist the Banquet Manager in managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Qualifications
