Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a seasoned professional to lead the Rooms Division, ensuring smooth operations in line with brand standards. You will be responsible for directing Front Office and related teams, and for maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.

Ideal candidates hold hospitality or tourism management qualifications and bring at least two years as Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager in a large-scale operation.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Ensure the efficient running of the Rooms Division in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Oversee departments to meet hotel and owner expectations.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Qualifications
