You will manage key accounts, drive revenue and gross margin, and collaborate with marketing to grow market share. Switchgear expertise and strong relationship skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical & Electronics (Electrical & Electronics) required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience.
• Must have switchgear experience.

Mansioni

• Handle OEM, panel builders, end customers, and project segments within the assigned territory.
• Experience in selling products like switchgear, MCBs, DBs, switches and similar electrical equipment.
• Responsible for sales and distribution within the territory.
• Engage with customers to meet revenue and gross margin objectives.
• Aim to maximise C&S market share in the assigned territory (North East India mention retained from original text).
• Manage key accounts and keep account receivables in check.
• Drive business development by looking for new applications.
• Increase customer base and collaboration with Marketing for promotions.
