Job summary

C&S Electric Ltd. is hiring a Sales Engineer for Hubli to drive revenue in the North East India territory. You will manage OEMs, panel builders, and end customers, promoting switchgear products and related electrical equipment.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years of field sales experience and a proven track record in selling switches, MCBs, DBs, and switchgear. You will aim to meet revenue and gross margin objectives and expand the customer base through proactive market development.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical/electronic field.
• Minimum 3+ years field sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle OEM, panel builder, end customer, and project segments in the assigned territory.
• Sell products like switches, modular switches, MCBs, DBs, switchgear.
• Responsible for revenue and gross margin targets.
• Maximize C&S market share in North East India territory.
• Engage in key account management and account receivable control.
• Identify new applications and expand customer base.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote products in the region.
