Position Details

Role: Area Head Switchgear Sales
Locations: Mumbai, Lucknow, Ahmedabad

CTC: Up to 18 LPA
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth for switchgear products within the assigned territory.
• Manage and expand relationships with key accounts, distributors, dealers, consultants, and channel partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to maximize sales opportunities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue objectives, and market share goals.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Switchgear Sales.
• Strong understanding of LT/HT Switchgear, Power Distribution Products, and Electrical Systems.
• Proven track record in business development, channel management, and key account management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently manage territory sales and deliver business growth.
