Job Title: Senior HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Purpose
To manage and strengthen the complete HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, grievance handling, and employee development while supporting the organization's business and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, presales, and support roles.
- Coordinate CV screening, interviews, selection, offers, and onboarding.
- Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment pipeline and track hiring TAT.

Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage joining, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure proper employee induction and policy communication.

Performance Management
- Implement and monitor KRAs/KPIs and performance review processes.
- Coordinate probation reviews and annual performance appraisals.
- Identify performance gaps and work with managers on improvement plans.

Employee Relations & Grievance
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Maintain confidentiality while investigating and resolving employee issues.
- Promote a professional, positive, and accountable work culture.
- Handle disciplinary matters in coordination with management.

HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and regularly update HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, professional tax, leave, working hours, etc.
- Maintain statutory records and coordinate with consultants where required.
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies.

Payroll & Attendance Coordination
- Coordinate monthly payroll with Accounts/Finance.
- Verify attendance, leave, late coming, WFH, overtime, deductions, and salary changes.
- Ensure timely resolution of payroll-related employee queries.

Employee Engagement & Development
- Conduct employee engagement activities, town halls, feedback sessions, and HR initiatives.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate employee development programs.
- Support employee retention and succession planning.

HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards covering:
- Headcount
- Recruitment status
- Attrition
- Attendance
- Leave
- Performance
- Employee grievances
- Training
- Payroll-related information
- Maintain HR documentation and audit readiness.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong employee-handling and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good understanding of recruitment and technical hiring.
- Ability to work independently and with senior management.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of HRMS/attendance/payroll systems.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 10-15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an IT/System Integrator, technology, or services organization.
- Experience handling HR independently for a Enterprise organization will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
