Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies seeks a capable FP&A – MIS & Digitisation professional (Assistant Manager) to drive digitization in finance and analytics across business units. This role partners with stakeholders to transform requirements into powerful digital solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities include leading AI and automation initiatives, ensuring data quality, governance, and strong controls while enabling faster, data-driven decision making for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive digitization and automation initiatives in FP&A & Business Finance to improve efficiency, accuracy, controls and user experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into digital solutions, workflows and process enhancements.
• Lead/coordinate implementation of AI, analytics, workflow automation and other digital tools.
• Develop and maintain Finance dashboards, MIS and data-driven reporting solutions to enable faster and better decision-making.
• Ensure appropriate controls, governance, data quality, security and compliance are embedded within digital solutions.
• Explore emerging technologies and identify use cases for AI/GenAI and advanced analytics in FP&A & BF.
• Monitor industry practices and technology trends to identify best-in-class digital solutions for FP&A & BF.
