Luminous Power Technologies is seeking an Assistant Manager for FP&A – MIS & Digitisation to drive digital initiatives in finance. You will partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into digital workflows, automate processes, and implement AI and analytics tools to enhance decision-making.

The role focuses on developing finance dashboards and MIS, ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance while exploring innovative technologies to enrich FP&A and business finance functions.

Explore emerging technologies and identify use cases for AI/GenAI and advanced analytics in FP&A & BF. Monitor industry practices and technology trends to identify best-in-class digital solutions for FP&A & BF.
