Job summary

IndiaMART in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist to manage end-to-end hiring, partner with business leaders, drive onboarding, and improve HR processes.

You will support HR tech implementations, gather requirements, run UAT, create HR dashboards, and contribute to workforce planning and employee engagement. MBA/PGDM HR with 2 years experience, strong MS Excel, and familiarity with BI tools preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR is required.
• 2 years of experience; internship or project exposure in HR domains preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to BI/dashboard tools is an advantage.
