Job summary

DMart is seeking an Assistant Manager HR (End to End Recruitment) in Chennai to drive talent acquisition across functions. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct interviews (phone, video and in-person) while coordinating with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate holds a graduate degree (MBA/PGDM/BMS in HR) and has experience in talent acquisition, capable of managing multiple positions and ensuring timely placements within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate minimum; MBA/PGDM/BMS in HR preferred.
• End-to-end recruitment experience required.
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates from various online channels.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates via phone, video and in-person.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Documentation and coordination with stakeholders.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Handle multiple positions simultaneously.
