Job summary

Indihire Consultants is seeking a senior recruitment leader to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination. You will mentor a team of recruiters, drive targets, and collaborate with business leaders to align hiring with strategic priorities.

You will develop manpower-based hiring plans, deliver regular dashboards and status reports to senior management, and standardize processes to improve efficiency and data

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of recruitment experience, preferably with experience managing a recruitment team.
• Proven track record in handling mid-level, senior-level and non-IT hiring.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and improve recruitment productivity.

• Standardize recruitment processes, maintain candidate databases, ensure documentation accuracy, and improve overall hiring efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

• 10+ years of overall recruitment experience, preferably with experience managing a recruitment team.
• Proven track record in handling mid-level, senior-level, and non-IT hiring.
• Experience in corporate recruitment, recruitment consultancy, or staffing is preferred, depending on business requirements.
