Job summary

Sahajanand Medical Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support technical teams such as R&D, Quality and Operations. The role focuses on building strong stakeholder relationships, driving performance, and shaping talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate holds a postgraduate or diploma in HR management with 5–8 years of relevant experience, and is proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems. A hands-on approach to onboarding, engagement, and L&D will be valued.

• Postgraduate/Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human Resources.
• Relevant work experience of 5-8 years as an HRBP for Technical Teams like R&D, Quality, Operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating Job Descriptions and maintaining records.
• Partner with Hiring Managers & Functional Heads to drive Talent Acquisition within established guidelines
• Engage with Institutes/Colleges for Campus Hiring
• Create strong talent pipeline by talent mapping and industry benchmarking.
• Engage with Candidates before joining.
• Coordinate joining formalities and induction/orientation for new joinees.
• Execute EE initiatives and regular employee connectors (1:1, skip level) with leaders.
• Organize events, offsites, picnics, etc.
• Support and implement learning & development needs within the business unit.
• Conduct Exit Interviews and share feedback with the team.
• Create Monthly MIS and assist ad hoc data requirements.

Recruitments

Onboarding

• Engage with Candidates before their joining us.
• Joining Formalities of New Joinees.
• Coordinating and scheduling Induction and Orientation of New Joinees.

Employee Engagements

• Execution of various EE initiatives as per EE Calendar.
• Regular Connect with employees through 1:1 meetings, skip level interactions to proactively provide people inputs/solutions to leaders
• Organizing Events, Offsites, Picnics, etc.
• Support and execute implementation of learning & development needs within the assigned business unit/team
• Conducting Exit Interviews and sharing feedback with the team.

MIS

• Create Monthly MIS and share with the Team.
• Assist in any additional / Ad hoc date requirement by the Management.

Performance Management

• Assist GM HR during the Annual Appraisal Process.
• Work with HODs to create KRAs for New Joinees, and all employees for next financial year post conclusion of Appraisals
• Any other HR-related roles and responsibilities.

Preferred candidate profile

Postgraduate / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Human

Resources

• Relevant work experience of 5-8 years plus as a HRBP for Technical Teams like R&D, Quality, Operations, etc.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships / Stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of HR systems would be an advantage.
