We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter with a strong consulting background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple domains like BFSI, Manufacturing, Sales, and more, managing roles from entry to senior levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client requirements to candidate onboarding.
• Source and screen potential candidates using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments through phone, online, and in-person interviews.
• Collaborate closely with clients/Key Accounts to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable talent.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for various roles across different domains.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements with a focus on quality and fit.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using ATS or recruitment databases.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of core recruitment experience, specifically in Non-IT hiring.
• Consulting or agency background, with exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Sales, and other sectors.
• Proficiency in using job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn and others tools for sourcing candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and candidate interactions.
