Job summary

Yashoda Hospitals in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Senior Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple business functions. You will understand manpower requirements, coordinate with hiring managers, source candidates through portals, referrals, and consultants, and screen for competency fit.

You will schedule interviews, handle offer negotiations and onboarding, monitor TAT and reporting, maintain MIS in the HRMS/ATS, and contribute to employer branding and talent

• Support employer branding, talent pipeline development, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
• Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
