Job summary

Adler Talent Solutions in Mumbai seeks a Bid Coordinator to manage tender information, pre-qualification, costing, BOQ calculations, and techno-commercial proposals.

You will coordinate with Design, Procurement, Construction, Legal, and other departments, prepare bid submissions, arrange documents and bank guarantees, and assist post-bid queries to ensure compliant tender submissions.

Responsibilities

• Collection of information on new tender.
• Get Pre-qualified for New Projects / New Territories.
• Study tender documents and analyse major commercial and technical points.
• Prepare the Bid Synopsys for review.
• Costing and estimation, attending pre bid meetings
• Compute BOQ quantities from client price schedules for supplier price comparison.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Legal to gather inputs for techno-commercial bid specs.
• Prepare techno-commercial comparisons of line materials and review with the reporting manager.
• Prepare complete compliant Technical proposal as per the Bid specification.
• Arrange required documents for bid submission including Bid Security.
• Bid Compilation / Bid submission on due date / Attending Bid opening.
• Post bid follow up and responding to queries / clarifications.
• Pre award coordination, including arranging Bank Guarantees for the Projects

• Workout the BOQ Quantity from the Clients Price Schedule for floating enquiry to various suppliers for price comparison.
• Co-ordination with various departments such as Design, Procurement, Construction, Commercial, Legal etc. to get various inputs in line with Techno-commercial requirement of Bid specification.
• After getting the offer from various suppliers, prepare techno-commercial comparison of various Line materials and review with the reporting manager.
• Preparation of complete compliant Technical proposal as per the Bid specification.
• Arranging required documents for bid submission including Bid Security.
• Bid Compilation / Bid submission on due date / Attending Bid opening.
• Post bid follow up and responding to the queries / clarifications.
• Pre award coordination, including arranging Bank Guarantees for the Projects
