Job summary

Enerzolve Smart Technologies in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a proactive Tender Bid Manager to identify opportunities, assess eligibility and coordinate bid activities across government and private portals.

You will analyze tender documents, prepare RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, BOQs and documentation, coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Procurement and Legal teams, and support negotiations, handover to execution, and MIS updates for management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, Railways, DISCOMs, and other government/private portals.
• Analyze tender documents and assess eligibility, technical requirements, and commercial conditions.
• Prepare and submit RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, BOQs, and tender documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance, Procurement, and Legal teams for bid preparation.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements.
• Support the Sales team in generating new business opportunities and maintaining customer relationships.
• Conduct cost estimations, pricing analysis, and commercial evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with tender specifications, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and manage bid clarifications with clients.
• Track bid status, submission deadlines, and post-submission follow-ups.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, and customer communications.
• Assist in contract negotiations, order finalization, and project handover to execution teams.
• Prepare MIS reports and tender status updates for management review.
