Job summary

Enviro Infra Engineers is seeking a role focusing on tender identification and analysis for solar EPC projects. The position involves tracking tenders across government, PSU, and private sectors, analysing notices and requirements, and preparing feasibility-based participation summaries.

The role also covers bid preparation, costing, and ensuring timely submissions, with close coordination with design, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Tender Identification & Analysis: Track tenders from government, PSU and private sectors.
• Bid Preparation & Submission: Coordinate inputs and prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Costing & Estimation: Prepare preliminary cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets.
• Compliance & Documentation: Verify bid documents for accuracy and compliance; maintain records.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, agencies and vendors for tender-related communication.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain competitors' bid prices and market trends; feedback on strategy to management.

Tender Identification & Analysis

• Track government, PSU, and private-sector tenders for solar EPC projects through portals, publications, and industry networks.
• Analyse tender notices, pre‑qualification requirements, and technical/commercial terms.
• Prepare summaries and recommend participation based on feasibility.
• Bid Preparation & Submission
• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, finance, and legal teams to collect inputs for bids.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with tender specifications.
• Draft clarifications, pre-bid queries, and ensure timely responses.
• Ensure submission of bids (online/offline) within stipulated deadlines.
• Costing & Estimation
• Work with procurement and engineering teams to prepare preliminary cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing sheets.
• Support preparation of competitive pricing models and margin analysis.
• Compliance & Documentation
• Verify all bid documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender conditions.
• Maintain records of tenders, submissions, and correspondence.
• Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and vendors for tender-related communication.
• Support tender presentations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
• Market Intelligence
• Maintain database of competitors, bid prices, and market trends.
• Provide feedback to management on tender outcomes and strategy.
