Job summary

Alpha Tnd is seeking a diligent Tendering Specialist for Power Distribution Projects to summarize tenders, analyze documents, and coordinate with vendors for quotations and technical clarifications.

The role supports Bid Managers, collaborates with engineering, procurement, and finance, and ensures timely, compliant bid submissions. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Tendering experience in EPC projects and techno-commercials.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and prepare documentation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Summarize tenders targeted/intended for participation.
• Analyze tender documents and prepare a brief synopsis for management.
• Identify bidding risks and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors/OEMs for quotations and technical clarifications.
• Support Bid Managers in preparing technical documentation and compliance statements.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and other internal teams for tender inputs.
• Float enquiries, follow up for responses, and clarify technical queries with vendors.
• Assist in JV/Consortium documentation, scope matrix, and bid submission requirements.
• Follow up bid security, statutory documents, and submission materials.
• Prepare technical/commercial comparative statements and assist in costing.
