Job summary

ISS India is seeking a proactive Facilities/Soft Services Manager to oversee housekeeping, pantry, front office, and other soft service teams at our Navi Mumbai facility. You will ensure high cleanliness, safety, and client satisfaction while meeting SLAs and company policies.

Key duties include vendor and manpower management, contract oversight, daily inspections, MIS reporting, inventory control, and coordinating with security and maintenance to deliver seamless services.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality/Facility Management preferred.
• Typically 38 years of experience in facilities management or soft services, depending on the organization.
• Experience supervising housekeeping, pantry, reception, and other soft services teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping, pantry, reception, and soft service teams.
• Manage vendor performance and service contracts.
• Conduct daily inspections to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and timely resolution of client complaints.
• Prepare MIS reports, attendance, and operational documentation.
• Maintain inventory of housekeeping chemicals and consumables.
• Coordinate with security, maintenance, and other support teams.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Handle client interactions, audits, and VIP visit arrangements.
• Train and monitor staff performance for continuous improvement.
