Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning, janitorial, and waste management services to maintain facility cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Manage landscaping, grounds maintenance, and exterior aesthetics.
• Coordinate pest control services and environmental health programs.
• Supervise reception, concierge, and hospitality services.
• Manage catering services, vending operations, and amenity spaces.
• Oversee mail and courier services, including package handling and distribution.
• Manage building technology systems including access control, CCTV, and security platforms.
• Oversee audiovisual equipment, conference room technology, and collaboration tools.
• Coordinate workplace technology integrations (IoT sensors, occupancy tracking, environmental monitoring).
• Support Building Management Systems (BMS) and integrated workplace management systems (IWMS).
• Manage visitor management systems and workplace experience applications.
• Coordinate technology upgrades, system migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Select, contract, and manage soft services vendors and technology partners.
• Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and implement continuous improvement programs.
• Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for soft services and technology investments.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
