You will oversee end-to-end operations, train consultants, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with documentation and processing teams to achieve enrollment and revenue targets while maintaining ethical standards.

Job Summary

The Assistant Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading the branch's sales function for immigration and visa services. The role covers sales strategy, team performance, client relationships, and compliance, with the aim of achieving enrollment and revenue targets in line with immigration laws and company policies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales operations for immigration and visa services
• Develop and execute branch-level sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue targets
• Lead, train, and motivate sales consultants and counselors
• Monitor daily sales activities, leads, conversions, and KPIs
• Ensure accurate client counseling in line with immigration laws and company policies
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, referral partners, and institutions
• Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and CRM accuracy
• Ensure ethical sales practices and compliance with immigration regulations
• Coordinate with documentation, case processing, and compliance teams
• Analyze market trends, visa demand, and competitor activities

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any degree or Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 3 - 6 years of experience in sales, including 1 year in a leadership role
• Prior experience in immigration, overseas education, or visa consultancy preferred
• Working knowledge of immigration processes, visa categories, and destination country regulations
