Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective immigration sales strategies to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through client consultations, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, outbound calling, referrals, networking, and proactive follow-ups with potential immigration clients.
• Counsel clients on suitable immigration programs, visa pathways, eligibility criteria, country options, and application processes based on their profile and requirements.
• Manage leads and customer interactions using CRM software, ensuring accurate updates on client profiles, follow-ups, sales pipeline, and conversion status.
• Handle client queries and objections professionally, provide accurate information about immigration services, and convert qualified leads into paid clients.
• Collaborate with visa processing, documentation, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handover and timely resolution of customer issues.

Job Requirements

• 2–12 years of experience in Immigration Sales, Immigration Consultancy, Visa Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telesales.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in immigration, visa, overseas education, or other service-based sales.
• Strong understanding of immigration programs, visa processes, eligibility requirements, and overseas migration services is desirable.
• Excellent communication, counselling, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients over phone, email, and meetings.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple leads, maintain follow-ups, and drive conversions.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales pipelines, with strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
