Job summary

Apsaa Immigration in Patiala is seeking a driven admissions leader to guide the Study Abroad division. You will set targets, drive enrollments, and lead a counseling team to maximize conversions while maintaining ethical standards and transparent information sharing.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and CRM proficiency, with a focus on coaching staff and delivering compelling client consultations to high-value students and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in Overseas Education, MBBS Abroad, or Study Visa Consultancy.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or branch management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Study Abroad admission targets.
• Develop strategies to increase student enrollments and branch revenue.
• Lead the admissions and counseling team to maximize student conversions.
• Monitor inquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
• Personally counsel premium clients and parents whenever required.
• Ensure ethical counseling practices and accurate information sharing.
