Varmora Granito Limited is seeking an Asst. ASM / ASM for Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Nanded & Latur. The role is in Sales & Marketing (Retail Channel Sales) with 3–7 years of experience in sales within bathware, sanitaryware & pipes sectors.

Education required: Any Graduate. Reporting to Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Head. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, driving primary & secondary sales through distributors, dealers, and retailers, and identifying new business opportunities

• 3–7 years of sales experience in bathware, sanitaryware & pipes.
• Any Graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors, dealers, and retailers.
• Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
• Appoint new dealers and distributors to expand the retail network.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
• Ensure product availability, regular order booking, and timely supplies.
• Identify potential retail counters, sanitaryware and bathware outlets.
• Ensure product displays, sample availability, branding, and merchandising at retail outlets.
• Develop relationships with retailers, plumbers, Dealers & Distributors.
