Job summary

BABA GROUP is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales and expand the dealer and distributor network for quartz and natural stone products in Ludhiana. The role involves channel and project sales, building relationships with architects, builders and interior designers, and managing key accounts.

The ASM will travel within Ludhiana and surrounding areas, aiming to meet targets, optimize market coverage, and ensure timely deliveries and payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Quartz/Marble/Granite/tiles/building materials is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and manage dealers and distributors in the Ludhiana region.
• Generate business through architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
• Identify new market opportunities and appoint new channel partners.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
• Ensure timely payment collections and manage receivables.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service for timely deliveries.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).

Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary

The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, expanding the dealer and distributor network, and developing business for quartz and natural stone products across the Delhi NCR region. The role involves channel sales, project sales, and maintaining strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, and fabricators.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  
• Develop and manage dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
  
• Generate business through architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
  
• Identify new market opportunities and appoint new channel partners.
  
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
  
• Ensure timely payment collections and healthy receivables.
  
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service for timely deliveries.
  
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
  

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  
• 4–8 years of sales experience in Quartz, Marble, Granite, Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, or related industries.
