Role & responsibilities

• 1. Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
• 2. Dealer & Distributor Network: Appoint new dealers and distributors and strengthen existing channel partnerships.

Market Expansion

• 1. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage across the assigned territory.
• 2. Retailer Relationship Management: Develop relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, plumbers, and contractors to increase product sales.
• 3. Product Promotion: Promote bathware products, including faucets, sanitaryware, showers, bathroom accessories, and allied products.

Market Visits

Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, product availability, display standards, and competitor activities.
