Team Computers is hiring for an Asset Coordinator to manage IT assets across Kaushambi (Ghaziabad) and Lower Parel (Mumbai). You will maintain asset records, track movement, and support onboarding/offboarding by issuing and collecting devices.

The role requires basic hardware knowledge, strong Excel skills, and good communication to coordinate with vendors and IT teams. On-site positions in Mumbai and Ghaziabad offer stable opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Knowledge of asset management and inventory handling.
• Good in MS Excel and ticketing tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and networking devices.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports.

Responsabilités

• Maintain records of IT assets (laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, accessories).
• Track asset allocation, movement and return processes.
• Update and maintain asset inventory in Excel, ERP, or ITAM tools.
• Conduct physical verification and audits of IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and repairs.
• Tag and label IT assets.
• Maintain stock availability and prepare inventory reports.
• Support onboarding/offboarding by issuing and collecting assets.
• Coordinate with IT support teams for damaged or replacement hardware.
• Ensure compliance with asset management policies.
