We are seeking an Asset Executive to manage IT assets across their lifecycle in our India operations. The role requires hands-on experience in asset tracking, reporting, compliance, and documentation, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP and reporting).

The ideal candidate will maintain asset records, support audits, and coordinate asset issuance, replacement, and retrieval, ensuring accurate inventory across locations and timely, structured reporting.

Qualificações

• 1.6 years in IT asset management.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience in preparing structured reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Knowledge of asset compliance standards and documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle including procurement, tagging, allocation and retirement.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets across locations.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on asset utilization and movement.
• Perform data analysis using Excel functions such as VLOOKUP.
• Ensure compliance of IT assets with company policies and audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams for asset issuance, replacement and retrieval.
• Maintain and update asset records in internal systems and trackers.
• Support audits by providing required data and documentation.
• Handle asset-related queries from employees and stakeholders promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
