Job summary

SVN SYSTECH INDIA is seeking an IT Asset Management specialist to maintain and update records for desktops, laptops, printers and monitors. You will perform Physical Asset Verification (PAV) and ensure accurate asset tracking across departments.

You will manage asset allocation, issuance, collection, and return, update asset details in inventory tools and MS Excel, and maintain serial numbers and employee assignment records. You will support audits and disposal per policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IT asset records for desktops, laptops, printers, and monitors.
• Perform Physical Asset Verification (PAV) and ensure accurate asset tracking.
• Manage asset allocation, issuance, collection and return processes.
• Update asset details in inventory tools and MS Excel.
• Maintain asset tags, serial numbers and employee assignment records.
• Coordinate with IT, HR and other departments for asset-related activities.
• Track asset movement between employees, departments and locations.
• Identify missing, damaged, or obsolete assets and report discrepancies.
• Support periodic asset audits and prepare verification reports.
• Ensure proper storage, maintenance and disposal of IT assets as per company policies.
