Job summary

Elesa+Ganter India is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to join our market-leading team in Vadodara. You will visit customers, promote and sell our extensive range of industrial components across the region.

With 5–7 years in B2B sales and OEM knowledge, you will generate new business, service existing accounts, participate in trade shows, and help shape our sales strategy while traveling across Vadodara and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• B Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• 5–7 years in B2B field sales of industrial components with OEM exposure.
• Willing to cover Vadodara and surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the full product range (~100,000 codes).
• Generate new business and provide technical advice to prospective customers.
• Service existing customers following company standards.
• Identify market trends and competitive positions.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions and trade shows.
• Work with channel partners and support their inquiries to grow business.
• Develop and implement sales strategies as directed by management.
• Conduct in-house demonstrations at customer premises.
• Achieve annual sales targets for the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities

• As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic field sales team. What will you do?
• Visiting customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the complete product range of the company which consists of about 1,00,000 item codes
• Generate new business and customers according to specific market segments, giving proper technical advice to prospective customers
• Servicing existing customers according to company standards
• Identifying and articulating market trends and competitive positions
• Participating in Industrial Exhibitions and Trade shows
• Working with channel partners and help with their enquiries, providing technical support as per their needs to help grow their business according to company policy Developing and implementing sales strategies as per the directions given by the management from time to time
• Conducting in-house exhibitions at the customer premises
• Accountability for achieving annual sales target of the assigned region

Who are you?

• B Tech/Diploma preferably Mechanical Engineering
