Job summary

Elesa+Ganter India invites an energetic field sales professional to drive growth across Chandigarh and nearby regions. You will visit customers, promote a wide range of industrial components, and provide technical guidance to elevate new business.

Experience in B2B field sales (5–10 years) and a background in mechanical engineering are required, with readiness to travel regionally and participate in exhibitions and partner activities.

Qualifications

• Must have B Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of B2B field sales experience in industrial components.
• Willing to work across Chandigarh and nearby regions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in the assigned area to promote and sell a complete product range.
• Generate new business and advise on industrial components to prospects.
• Service existing customers according to company standards.
• Identify market trends and competitive positions.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions and trade shows.
• Work with channel partners and provide technical support to grow business.

• As a market leader, we at E+G India are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to be a part of a dynamic field sales team. What will you do?


• Visiting customers in the assigned area to promote and sell the complete product range of the company which consists of about 1,00,000 item codes


• Generate new business and customers according to specific market segments, giving proper technical advice to prospective customers


• Servicing existing customers according to company standards


• Identifying and articulating market trends and competitive positions


• Participating in Industrial Exhibitions and Trade shows


• Working with channel partners and help with their enquiries, providing technical support as per their needs to help grow their business according to company policy Developing and implementing sales strategies as per the directions given by the management from time to time


• Conducting in-house exhibitions at the customer premises


• Accountability for achieving annual sales target of the assigned region

Who are you?

• B Tech/Diploma preferably Mechanical Engineering
