Job summary

Orient Electric is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive secondary and retail sales in the Ernakulam region. You will manage store-wise targets, expand shelf presence for premium products, and ensure promotions and POS materials are effectively implemented in retail locations.

You will train frontline staff, monitor dealer health, and optimize stock rotation to close consumer sales. Graduation with relevant background is required, and strong analytical, MIS and people-management

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Secondary & Retail Sales Targets: Achieving specific group, product-line, and store-wise sales numbers.
• Counter Share & Product Mix: Expanding the companys share of shelf space and pushing higher-margin premium products at the retail level.
• Retail Visibility & Promotions: Ensuring point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and consumer marketing schemes are properly implemented in-store.
• Dealer Health & Liquidity: Working closely with retailers to clear existing inventory and maintain a healthy stock rotation.
• Frontline Training: Educating store staff, promoters, and sales reps on product benefits, features, and how to close consumer sales.
