Job summary

Sosyo Hajoori in Vadodara is looking for a results-driven sales professional to lead the regional sales efforts and drive channel development.

You will manage distributors, execute trade promotions, monitor market trends, and ensure timely collections while reporting performance to the sales head.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and retail networks.
• Increase market penetration and ensure product availability in general trade, modern trade, and horeca channels.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
• Conduct regular market visits and sales reviews with the sales team and distributors.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, trade schemes, and branding initiatives.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
• Handle team management, training, and performance monitoring of Sales Executives/SR.
