Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers within the assigned territory
• Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Appoint new channel partners and expand market reach
• Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotions in the region
• Conduct dealer meets, training programs, and promotional activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics
• Ensure timely collection, credit control, and inventory management
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, service) for smooth operations
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS regularly

Candidate Profile

• Strong Channel Sales background (mandatory)
• Solar / Renewable Energy industry experience preferred
• Proven track record in territory handling and channel expansion
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region
