Industrial Sales And Manufacturing in Jaipur, Rajasthan seeks an experienced Assistant Manager/Manager - Sales for Solar & BESS solutions, including Kusum A/B/C, PM Surya Ghar, and IPP/Utility EPC segments. The role focuses on driving business development and sales across retail, subsidy-driven and project-based markets.

You will lead dealer, distributor, EPC networks, coordinate with internal teams for proposals, attend meetings and site visits, and travel across Rajasthan.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of sales experience in solar/renewable energy preferred.
• Experience with Solar PV modules, inverters, BESS, pumps, EPC sales or channel sales.
• Dealership/channel network development experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through retail sales, dealers, distributors, EPCs, IPPs, developers and institutional clients.
• Develop business opportunities for Solar PV Modules, Solar Inverters, BESS and Solar Pumps.
• Develop and manage dealer, distributor, installer and EPC networks for retail, subsidy and project business.
• Generate and convert enquiries into orders.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations and negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Track market trends, competitor activities and sales pipeline.

• Strong B2B sales, business development and negotiation skills.
• Experience with dealership/channel network development preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
