W3villa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an Area Sales Manager in Moradabad to lead channel sales initiatives within the region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing channel partners and achieving sales targets in the Solar/Renewable Energy sector.

This full-time role requires a graduate degree (MBA preferred) and 5–10 years of relevant experience. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and dealers within the assigned territory
• Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Appoint new channel partners and expand market reach
• Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotions in the region
• Conduct dealer meets, training programs, and promotional activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics
• Ensure timely collection, credit control, and inventory management
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, service) for smooth operations
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and MIS regularly

Candidate Profile

• Strong Channel Sales background (mandatory)
• Solar / Renewable Energy industry experience preferred
• Proven track record in territory handling and channel expansion
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned region

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA – Sales/Marketing preferred)

• Exposure to solar modules, inverters, EPC sales, or allied electrical products is an advantage
